muscle building

hey everyone, im new here and i was just wondering if someone could help me make a routine to build my muscles up, cuz i want to do football next year and i want to get stronger, and wat can i i also do to get faster?
anyways hope u guys can help me
 
ok, i just need a roytin i can use to gain muscle and lose man boobs, so wat kind of routin would be good for me?

im 16, im 5'5
i can go to the ymca everyday
im trying to do football,wrestling,and track next year
