Mreik you suck

So I tried the chocolate milk thing today. Drank about 1/4 gal before workout and 1/4 after. After I felt like puking. I had to lay on the bathroom floor for about 15 minutes because I was uncertain if I would hurl.

You're a beast dude. 1/2 gallon is about 1000 cals.
 
Laying down after makes it worse, then it feels like it's gonna come up. Like evo said, embrace the choc milk!
 
Damn, yesterday I went to a friend's kid's birthday party so I ate as much as I could before hand so I didn't have to take too much with me. I just chugged down a quart of skim milk and I didn't feel so well. I can't imagine twice that
 
I've cut with that before, needless to say that was 95% of my carbs for the day, and it wasn't much past 9%..
