I made a weight bet with my boyfriend about 10 days ago. He lifts weights and is always talking about how he wants to gain weight (muscle). He works really hard at the gym and eats a ton of CLEAN food. I, on the other hand, want to LOSE weight. I do this by eating low cal foods and alot of cardio.
Everyone needs a little motivation, so I made a bet with him. The bet ends when the semester ends/summer starts. I want to lose 15 pounds and he wants to gain 15 pounds. Whoever loses/gains the most weight is the winner.
I finally purchased a scale, so I can actually weigh myself, and the past 10 days have been WONDERFUL! I have been eating so healthy and going to the gym every chance I got. I also just got a new i-pod, so I don't get as bored in the gym and long cardio workouts are FUN now!
I am so excited. I think having someone else aware of my goal and keeping track of my progress with prevent me from unhealthy foods and slacking off in the
gym.
