Motivation

I woke up and found motivation. Losing weight is soo hard for me. I have been trying now for 3 years to loose my baby weight. I gained a whoping 80lbs with my pregnancy. I lost 25 right off the bat before leaving the hospital. Yay me. For the last 3 yrs its been awful. Last summer I lost 38lbs and worked hard doing it. I felt great and wanted to keep going. I got very comfy in my marriage and forgot about motivation. I kept slipping and gained 40lbs back. Then halloween came I switched jobs and bam in 3 months I was back down 30lbs. I was doing it all wrong, working all the time and eating very little but hey the weight melted off. I bought lots of clothes looked and felt great. I left my job and went back home to my then 2yr old. I gained 20lbs and was making more money then hubby was. I got back pics from our holiday ball and thought OH MY GOD, who is that fat girl in the pic with my hubby?? So I went to the gym 2hrs a day and there I went again loosing alot of weight. 42lbs great!. We moved to NP,AK and I got stressed because of being jobless for the last 3 months and I was at 208 yesterday, I have lost over a pound. But this is just for starters, I am seeing a nutritionst and getting support from him and advice that I need. He has me on a 1800 calorie a day diet along with 6 small meals a day. I am also researching RapidSlim with his approval. I have just started a long journey of keeping off any weight I loose. Best of luck to all, Jen

Congrats on losing over a lb thats a great start you can do it girl.
I weighed 268lbs April 3rd 2006 that was the day I had my son then
I only made it down to 255 afterwards.It's a long road but with great
motivation and determination you can accomplish anything you put
your mind to.
The biggest thing that helped me besides changing how I eat and what I eat
is WALKING ,that is my main source of exersice it gets the job done and it's actually enjoyable. Have a nice day Tammy:)
 
Day 4 of motivation

I am not in a very good mood today. I am up to 3lbs lost. I feel full really quick lately and I dont feel hungry like I did. Hoping my mood changes throughout the day and I get happy or something lol. Congrats to you loosing all that weight. The more I loose the more powerfull I feel that I can keep going and I think about eating food before I put it in my mouth. After bite four I think Am I full? Am I almost full? Should I have one more bite? And wow its helping sooo much. Have a great weekend everyone!! Jen
 
some people here tend not to have the three meals a day approach because of feeling very full then not having enough energy later on in the day. quite a lot of peeps have 5-6 meals a day to keep the metabolism going, to get enough calories and they dont feel tired ever.
