Most Efficient Method

I have a question about weight training in general.

Here is a simple example:
1) I have 15 exercises I want to perform
2) I will workout 3 days each week
3) I will work 6 muscle groups (Chest, Shoulder, Back, Arms, Legs, Abs)
4) I want to workout for fitness and to gain some strength. (I'm not interested in winning any body building contests)

Question:
Would it be better to perform all 15 exercises at each workout (3 times each week), or just work 2 muscle groups on each workout day?
 
You could pick only 5, and rotate the exercises. I wouldn't do them all in one day.
Personaly, if I were you I would be doing core exercises that work the whole body like dead lifts. Do deads 3 times a week and you will get what you are seeking.
