Moe's Road To 90 KG !

Hey guys :).

Basically I've been facing problems with my weight ever since I've been a little child. In my early days, I'd eat alot of chocolate bars and all that, all sorts of junk food. I'd get fatter by the day.

My peak weight was last summer 2009, when I weighed 125 kilos and was about 178 cm tall. I was very fat as you could tell, so I decided to buy an Elliptical machine, which recently died on me.

On the Elliptical machine, I managed to lose 15 kilos and am now 110 kilos. Two months ago, I bought a treadmill, and gradually started working my way into using it. I started off at 20 minutes per day, then 30, then 45. Recently, in search for better results, I've increased my daily activities on the treadmill to one daily session of one hour on the treadmill. I work on maximum incline and at a speed of 5 km/h. I'll be increasing that speed as I get by with my workouts and lose weight.

I am very determined to reach my goal of having a weight of 90 KG's !

20 Kilos.

-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?

As much as it takes, I'm currently going with the healthy way of aiming to lose 1 KG per week.

-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?

I'm eating properly and healthy food, and exercising on a daily basis.

-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?

My motivation and hopefully you guys :)

-- How realistic is your goal?

Very realistic, I've been overweight far enough.

-- When will you start?

I've already started last summer, just faced some barriers after losing those 15 KG's, however I'm back on track now !

I started a weight loss chart on the weight loss table on the 29th, I'll be updating it on the 4th of April and sharing my results with you.

I am glad to hear your so fired up about this change. I cannot remember where we were at on your first post, but I am certain that someone has told you that you need to keep track of your calories per day?

So how many calories did you eat yesterday?
