Mixing HIIT with weight training? can i build muscle while lowering body fat %?

hii, i am looking to build muscle and at the same time lower my body fat percentage (i am at 17%), and i was wondering if i could i accomplish that by mixing hiit with weight training

monday weight training
tuesday weight training
wednsday hiit
thursday weight training
friday weight training

orr

monday weight training
tuesday hiit
wednsday weight training
thursday hiit
friday weight training

saturday and sunday rest

can i build muscle and at the same time lower my body fat percentage with that regime?? also i am taking body fortress super advanced creatine

oh and pls be nice noob over here lol
