So, tonight at 5:30PM, I weighed in at 201.6lb at the gym, fully clothed. On Sunday, I went on a 2.75mile walk and got a thigh rash, a really bad one!!

So, here I am, dedicated as ever. Because I can't even look at myself in the mirror because I feel so ugly.

So uncomfortable!

Its not a bad idea to just lose some weight first before you start exercising if its going to cause you injury and discomfort. You can lose a lot of weight easily by simply doing the diet thing.

When you get to a certain weight that you feel would be ok, start then, or just wait till you feel you can't hold back.

Water aerobics is a safe type of exercise to start off with. You may not want to get into a bathing suit but often the people doing these classes are all in the same boat. And then don't forget, you will be underwater so no one can see you anyway.

Alernatively, get some cotton knit tights to wear when walking or exercising. You can wear them under your shorts.

Hey fortyfour! Thanks for the drop by. I've actually just started walking to hopefully de-bloat my thighs.

It's funny that you say wear cotton knit tights, because those were why I chaffed! I got a rip on one side and it just kept rubbing on the other thigh, and let's just say, i've been putting Neosporin on it. It definitely doesn't hurt anymore, but it did for a good day or two.

Thoughts
I didn't have much of an appetite earlier today, because of the boyfriend. Towards the end of the day, I met with my friend to have a conversation, and we met at a healthy crepe place. My crepe was made with fresh ingredients, tons of green spinach. The salad came with a delicious dressing and the potatoes were crunchy. The portions were huge! HUGE! But I did it all, felt stuffed. I had to go BM, but didn't, and will hopefully tomorrow.

LOL well i didn't say wear cotton tights with a rip in them that will cause chaffing.

Anyhow, you are obviously keen to walk so enjoy it. My exercise is predominantly walking. I walk 8km (5milles) every second day, though i've just changed my route and its a bit longer. This is pretty tough on the body walking this far at a good pace, that's why i only do it every second day. I suppose i could reduce it to half the distance every day but its less practical for me.

I"m sorry about the boyfriend issues. They could cause your diet to derail down the track so having something firmly in place for when you appetite comes back.

Thanks for wishing me good lucks. It's hard to tell myself I am beautiful, when I don't even put in effort. I see fat women who look very girly, and I am amazed they put that much effort. You know what? because of their beauty, I don't even notice their weight. Well, as the first thing.

I think the chafing has gone down, unfortunately it has gotten so bad that chafing had to be a warning sign to get my butt in check.

Gotta keep moving forward!

Thoughts
I didn't drink enough water today because I didn't take any with me. I was craving mexican and Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream, which is SO good!!! so I ended up having both! I enjoyed the burrito, but of course, i'm used to it being super cheesy and guacamole-ish! I didn't work out today, but I don't feel too guilty because I ate a healthy burrito today! I did go have a BM today after eating and it was just like what i was expecting, yesterday's stuff came out today. Tomorrow, I definitely feel like a morning workout, write a paper or two, and then possibly see the boyfriend. I hope so, we haven't had a good time in awhile!!!!

I don't think I'll go on a walk, but rather do a good session at the gym. I would like to weigh myself and hopefully having TWO under 1500 calories days has resulted in some weight loss! *crosses fingers*

I know what you mean about the chafing. I was chunky in middle school and marched in the flag line. The first parade I marched in, I made the mistake of wearing tights. Ouch. My thighs wore straight through them halfway through the route. My thighs BURNED for a week. I never made that mistake again. Lol
I also have the issue of wearing through jeans after a month or two. It's one of the big reasons I want to lose weight.

Yeah, I NEVER had this problem. and now I do. Obviously a sign of being so fat.

When I was 180s, or 170s, basically when I was lighter, I would get very slight slight irritation, and knew it was a cue to lose weight, so it would occur only for a day. But lately, since i'm hovering over the 190s, it's happening more often.

GOTTA LOSE WEIGHT!

I am going to Cardio Kickboxing and Strength Training tonight, another trip to the gym. I must to keep my mind off the boyfriend. It's tough, we're good for one day, sour the next. I wish there were better ways for me to land my ass in the gym. After this guy leaves my life, it'll be a lot more pleasant!

So, I lost a few pounds since Day 1. Not so shabby. I gotta stick with it. The Strength Training class tonight is going to be awesome, I miss lifting IRON!

I looked up the nutritional facts for the salad, and my gosh, the brown rice burrito would have been healthier!!

I only did the cardio kickboxing tonight because I felt too self-conscious for the strength training. Until I can fit back into my tight workout clothes, I need to wear some looser pants. My pants created this huge muffin top that I noticed once someone moved out of my view. EUGH =(

Even though I ate only a salad and some cottage cheese, I am not that hungry! I'm happy I ate some apple after the gym though to replenish.

I gotta WOOSH out of the 190s. You best believe it'll happen!!

So, I tried to sneak into cycling class, but got kicked out because I didn't sign in. Hahaha, I tried to stay in, but I started feeling really guilty when people were just waiting for us to get off! Oh well, I decided to stick around at the gym and get on the elliptical climber. My gosh, I was super sweaty. It was awesome. I got lazy and left after 30 minutes...

My stomach feels less bloated, even after eating Taco Bell today, but my clothes still fits the same. So, I need to keep going! I don't know what number to put as a goal, but I definitely am motivated to keep exercising and make some great changes in my life.

I have tons of chicken breast so I plan on eating some yummy protein! I gotta keep focus, not obsessed, just focused on the bigger picture. I need to prepare for the worst, so cook in bulk and pack my lunches. I also got some lettuce, and delicious dressings, so I gotta make some salads and EAT!

Thoughts
My gosh, today was relatively a good day. I went to the gym to attend the 1 hour Strength Training class, and my gosh, my muscles are shaking!! Even when I had to turn my steering wheel, I felt my arms shaking a bit....My gosh I was dripping sweat! That should tell you it's been a super long time since I've lifted a weight!

I think my diet today was pretty good overall, even with all this eating out, I am making better choices. Like at Elephant Bar and at Chevy's! I'm eating a lot of protein and fiber! Great!!! Gotta keep it up!

I am tempted to weigh myself, but I know it's better that I don't! I will weigh-in on Day 14, I think the excitement is a POSITIVE thing! I can't wait to see a huge number drop, as long as I behave! My mom marinated like 10 pounds of chicken breast for me, so I have plenty of low fat protein to munch on!!

I am going to a baseball game tomorrow, so I plan on taking my own snacks, as much as I can sneak in....Stadium food is ridiculously expensive and fattening!! I hope to take a ziploc bag of chicken breast and a couple of oranges.
