Thanks for visiting my diary, folks. I have been overweight from childhood but i have never touched 100kg in my life except once which was 3 months ago. I was eating lot of junk foods over the years & I am not regular at work outs as well. The moment i saw the 100kg mark in the scale, i realized that am taking my body for a ride, its high time i do something about my weight. I started visiting my gym from the 2nd day of this year(Jan 2nd 2014) & have been regularly hitting the gym so far. I work out at-least 1 to 2 hrs every day, alternating cardio & weights, i do excercise for my lower body on Friday. I don't do any workouts on Weekends except that i go for swimming sometimes. I am not on strict diet but i don't eat any junk foods specifically sweets, soda, beer etc. I also started consuming lot of vegetables/fruits & atleast 3 cups of green tea everyday. I saw a drastic reduction in weight in 6 weeks, i had come down to 91 kgs... currently the pace has come down.. i have lost close to 4kgs in the last 3 weeks... so my current weight is 87kgs.. I feel much more confident & happy these days after i shed 13 kgs... I will keep sharing my experience regularly in this diary & would appreciate if you guys have any suggestion/thoughts on the workout/diet to get this going.
