I am 30 yrs old and plannng to lose 16 kg in 3.5 month, I weight 77 kg at the moment. I have started my battle today.. and very determined to win it. I now my problem.. eating too many chunk food and that has to stop. Once I have reached my goal, I will reward my self by going to a spa, shopping for a new wardrobe etc.
