Hi All!

We're 2 Canadian girls, 21, who have been planning for the last week.

We're tired of being fat! My current weight is 190 pounds (86kg). I don't know Miraj's yet.

Tomorrow we're uploading our 'Before' pics, as well as measurements. We'll be writing daily about our workouts that day and what we ate. We'll be updating our weight weekly. Monthly we'll have new pics, until the end!

Tomorrow, December 1st, 2010, will be our first day :)

Food: Raw veggies & nuts only. No caffeine, nor sugar. 3Ls of water.
Workout: Mon-Fri - 1 hour cardio (at least), 1 hour weights (at least)

Will update tomorrow :) We hope to make many new friends here.

Good luck with your effort, though I would implore you to have a good look around this site, be it in the before and after or in this diary section, at some of the dietary changes people who have lost lots of weight have made- and hopefully you can expand what you plan to eat from raw veggies and nuts alone because that doesn't sound too enticing! It's a great idea to try to make lasting, permanent changes to your diet and routine because it's all too easy to go on an extreme 'diet' and return back to normal right afterwards.

Welcome to the forum. Navigating around, you will find tons of helpful posts. You should check out your BMR and such things. Eatig jsut veggies and nuts could work but its a quick fix and wont last. Try using the canadian food guide. You would be suprised how much food you can acutally eat and still lose weight.
