hi i need some help see i think i can use milk as a supplement since i can't seem to buy one but i want to use it to get the protein i need i was trying to lose weight but that's to dangerus (sorry about the spelling) at 13 but if i drink like a gallon a day and i can i've done it before many times i really like milk i know i won't get a gallon of water in me but i heare milk is 90% water so it would not matter right. and since milk is casin protein dose that mean it is not as good or what so please help thanks
