it works out mainly just the anterior deltoids, not "medial" or posterior. There is no medial deltoid, it's called a lateral deltoid.

It works out triceps and chest. But those are just synergists, not really getting the workout as your shoulders.

one or zero shoulderpress-exercises is enough, infact many peoples anterior deltoids are far ahead in development compared to the rest of the shoulders - because of it getting enough from chest-exercises etc.
