Hi All,

New to the site, but I figure if I force myself to be accountable and post everything (well almost everything) here that I will make sure I stick with my workout routines and eathing healthy (I hate the word diet!)

Today was a pretty good day, actually a very good day.

I will post my workout for today, but normally I will not be able to (By no means is this intended to be Spam). I subscribe to Turbulance Training and its a great program thus far. Since the trainer emailed this workout out to his distribution list, I have no problems posting it here since he's made it public. Otherwise I will just state I did the workout.


AAA abs workout B:

1A) DB 1 Arm Squat and Press 50lb DB 3 sets of 8
1B) Pullup + Kneeup 3 sets, 8,7,6

2A) Front Loaded Bulg Squat 60lb DB 3 sets of 8
2B) Stab Ball Plank Rollout 3 sets of 10

3A) 1 Leg Stab Ball Curl 3 sets of 10
3B) Side Plank DB Lat Raise 15lb DB 3 sets of 10


4A) Burpee x's 10
4B) Chin ups x's 10
4C) Jump Rope 30 sec

1 min rest

X's 3 set

Food:

I'm finally starting to eat clean again after a couple of weeks of falling off the wagon.

I did a fast from dinner last night until after I got home from my workout. This morning I just had a cup of black coffee with my multi vitamin, fish oil and glutamin.

Post workout - Protein shake and banana
Lunch - Slice of wheat bread with Natural peanut butter and apple, glass of milk
Snack - Sushi, crab and lobster rolled in cabbage with other veggies
Dinner - Salad with cucumbers, brocolli, mushrooms and a chicken breast. 2 tbsp of light Blue cheese dressing
Snack - apple and almonds

The last couple days have gone pretty well. I have been eating pretty well and I have been exercising.

Tuesday I did a new Turbulence Training workout. I liked it a lot because I was able to lift heavy, but I was drenched in sweat and out of the gym in 35 minutes.

Monday I did an off-day workout with my new toy, the heavy bag (80 lbs). I did 5 2 minute rounds with 1-2 minutes break inbetween. I really think the heavy bag will help me get to my goal of a 6 pack even faster. After that 10 minutes of work I really felt it in my core and my shoulders.

I found some specific heavy bag workouts online today and I think I may try that on Friday.

Today I was a bit tired and little sore from the TT workout so I took the day off.

I decided I'm going to join another weight loss transformation contest in the beginning of May. I figured it gave me the motiviation to lose my first 25lbs, so it should keep me going to my quest for the 6 pack.
