Well, I am officlally back on the weight loss wagon and I am really proud of that! (I struggled for a long time to stop binge eating and start eating healthy again). Before the holidays I was down to 119 pounds (which is good for me because I am 5'2 and 17 years old) but during and after the holidays I could not stop binge eating, and I know I've gained alot of weight because of it. I havn't weighed myself yet (so scared to LOL) but when I finally do weigh myself I will let ya'll know what the result is. I'm proud at the fact that I havn't binge ate in almost 2 weeks, and I've been eating very healthy and exercising. I can't seem to find the other diary I started, so I am making yet another new one (I've gone through so many diary's lol). I would really love some advice and feedback on my food and exercise because I want to make sure I'm loosing weight the healthy way. Thanks in advance everyone.
Food for today:
Breakfast: Quaker Blueberry oatmeal with organic vanilla soymilk, with extra blueberries and strawberry's, coffee with splenda
Lunch: Healthy Choice chicken noodle soup
dinner: going to to dinner with my family, were going to Ivars, I plan on getting the salmon and wild rice with a little cup of the red chowder
snack: probably gonna have an apple or some kind of fruit
Exercise: None for today
