Hello Everyone,

Well I am on my second day of dieting and exersizing and I feel great. So far I am not hungry and I feel like I have allot more energy. I did 45 minutes at 4.0mph on my treadmill and I burned 410 calories and walked 3.0 miles. I am going to keep doing this everyday. My caloric intake is low and my fat intake is low, my mom says they maybe too low so I need to eat more. Problem is I am not hungry. I will figure it out. I am currently at 178lbs. and I need to get down to 140lbs. I am well on my way and I am doing the right thing this time. Hugs to all and good luck!
 
Treadmills yuck! I hate those things but I give kudos to everyone who uses them! I am a bigger fan of walking outside but I have a tendency to get side tracked by mother nature:rolleyes: . I think you are off to a great start. Good luck!
 
Well the weekend is coming up and I plan on sticking to my diet this weekend. Before in the past I always went off of it on the weekends but this time I am not. I am hellbent on losing this weight. I did good tonight I had a Mandarin Chicken salad from Wendy's for dinner and a can of chicken noodle soup for a light snack. I plan on getting on the treadmill tommorow morning before my hubby gets up. This is gonna be tuff but I know I can do it and my husband and friends and family are being very supportive which helps allot. :)
 
Good luck with this weekend! A supportive family is always really helpful. My mom is losing with me so it gives me someone to walk with and share frustrations with! I work with her also so it is kind of nice having someone in the same office tell me I don't want that bag of chips or candy bar even when I really do!I love those salads from wendys! I could eat them all the time!:)
