Okay so I'll give you a quick little run down on my situation. I have been struggling with weight issues for many years. At my highest weight I was around 330 pounds if not more. When I was at my heaviest I was suffering from extreme depression, I was suicidal and basically did nothing all day except stare at my wall and eat. I used to never drink water and consume atleast a 12 pack of soda every day. I have improved some since I was at my worst point in life. I am now currently 260 pounds and am 6'2 or 6'3 and need to improve more. I would like to get down to about 200lbs I believe that would be a pretty good goal for my height and build. Not only am I going to be changing my weight I want to start to slowly change my additude on life in general.

I want to go ahead and kick off this new diet, I meant to start it April 1st but I ate some fast food yesterday so I guess it'll be delayed by a day. I recently got a new job as a land surveyor working from 8am-4pm 5 days a week so I end up being somewhat active most of the day. I believe this job will help me to lose weight so I think it is a good thing definally.

I will update this page at the end of my day and tell you exactly what I ate and what form of exersize I did. I have been reading around this forum for a little bit and have gained a little motivation from it. I think having a diary and updating it everyday will help.
