Getting tired of leftover turkey sandwiches? Here's a delicious way to use up those leftovers!1 tablespoon olive oil1/2 cup minced onion3 cloves garlic, minced2 teaspoons chili powder1/2 teaspoon cumin1/2 teaspoon oregano4 cups water1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes1 cup salsa4 cups shredded cooked turkey1 tablespoon dried parsley3 chicken bouillon cubes1 (14 ounce) can black beans, rinsed, drained2 cups frozen corn1/2 cup sour cream1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro Toppings:6 cups corn tortilla chips3/4 cup chopped green onion1 cup shredded Cheddar-Monterey Jack cheese blend1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro1/2 cup sour cream

I'm confused. This recipe looks delicious but I looked at the nutritional info. Are we supposed to leave out ingredients or use low fat ingredients instead? Is this nutritional info per serving or for the whole pot? I just don't get this recipe on a weight loss forum. Am I missing something?

Yeah, that's something I noticed about the last several recipes I've seen posted here. They don't seem to be designed for the calorie conscious.
