I started the Metabolism Miracle yesterday morning essentially it's low carbing, I'm really carb sensitive ( have syndrome x) so this seems like a good plan for me.
I am planning on doing more than the suggested 30 minutes 5 x a week excersise, I just bought a mini trampoline/rebounder which I'll be using daily.
So far I am really impressed
I started yesterday morning
at 196.5lbs
today I am weighing in at 192.5 lbs
I have been around the 195 - 196 for a month now, so this is really awesome to see.
I know it's probably only water weight but what they hey still makes me happy !
