hi...my name is merian...mother of 3 girls wife of a skinny guy

this is my first time here..i can really feel the love
my spelling is not the best (i'll let the skinny guy fix it) ...but my desire to lose weight is
my heaviest weight was 205
my current is 190
i started on august 6-06 my weight was 200 lbs
in the morning 9-11am i hit the gym for 30 minute weight training..one day arms...next day legs
then i do 50 min on the bike
then afternoon..around 7-8 i do tae boe basic for 30 minutes

after exactly 17 days i lost 10 lbs
regarding the food...i need to work better on that..
but i did not eat white bread....i put attention to what i eat...no major changes though

i feel a little down because i had company for a week..and boy did they throw me off the wagon...it was so hard to go to the gym...and resist all the junk food they brought into the house..
it's been 4 days since i last saw the gym....but i intend to get back on this horse asap...i will also use a new approach...i am a member of beachbody...i am planning on using their program...and also purchasing the turbojam...
so my new approach is : food 1200 calorie daily
exercise is : morning 30 min weights 50 cardio
afternoon 6-7 turbo -jam
i will keep recording my every move ....hoping to help and be helped

please help...i really need you guys

Welcome welcome!!! You sound like you're really going to conquer it! Don't loose your motivation. Congrats on the first 10 lbs!! That's big if you ask me. Good luck with the low calories. 1200 is doable. The best thing that i have found is how frequently you eat. Try to have snacks in between, and have a smaller dinner.
You'll find lots of support here, and there are GREAT ideas on others diaries.
I look forward to getting to know you better.

Congratulations for getting into the 180's!!! That's awesome! I started at 200, and have almost lost the first 10 pounds too. I will be trying to keep up with you!

I hear you about the company...I don't have people stay here at the house, but when they come to town, I take the kids over to visit, and we sit around. I think next time I'm either going to drag them out for walks, or have them babysit so I can go:D

I CAN'T WAIRT TO SEE YOUR PROGRESS. I THINK YOU GOT A GREAT WORKOUT PLAN. I HAVE THE "BILLY BLANKS BOOTCAMP" I GOT RESULTS IN TWO WEEKS. IT WAS GREAT. I KNOW I NEED TO GET BACK ON THEM EVERYDAY. :p

i got is finally here

today sept 5-06
my first day on the turbo jam


8:30am breacfast= 2 scram eggs
9:00 am hit the gim= 5min warm up on tridm.....30 min weight( arms)
50 min cardio on stbike

snack= 1 apple & peanut butter

1pm luch= minestron soup

6pm turbo jam 25min

snack=banana & peanut butter

dinner= notting yet did i mention i drank 66 onz water today
 
ok...another day

30 min legs/arms

50 bike
food= ..friut,protein..water
i feel so good i am very close to the 70s...ifeel so good
today i eat celery & peanut butter for the first time...i love it.

Remember, especially since you are working out to not have your calories too low. You need to have fuel to feed your body!

Definitely let us know how Turbo Jam goes, I'm looking at buying it!
 
hi guys..
turbo-jam is ok...i guess is too soon to judge it...so far still learning the steps..is really like a dance class a lot of diferent steps and punches and kicks
let me tell you in a month from now....its been almost a week

so far same old same old

9 am gim 6xweek
40 min ewights
60 min bike

7pm turbo-jam 5x week 2 days 25 min the basic 3 days 45 min the cardio party

66 onz water daily...food just avoiding sugar,white flour,sodas,junkfood
i will keep doing this for this 2weeks...if i dont see a wieghtloss of at least 4pounds i will definetly turn into a sargent and doing the 1200 calories a day

this month will be my halfway goal....i need to be 40 pounds lighter..i will be
