Mentoring/coaching tools

Hi there, I am currently enrolled in NASM CPT course and loving it. Hope to take my test in May. This will eventually be a career change for me and I am excited and SUPER serious about being the best trainer I can be. I would love to get some mentoring/coaching tools so that I can not only get some of my immediate questions answered but also to learn as much as I can. I have looked into finding a mentor but with my present schedule its a challenge, not to mention really expensive. Any recommendations on any online systems or tools or programs to purchase?
Thanks!

The best tools are books. Go to the library and get some supplements for workout ideas, nutrition, sport-specific coaching, general health, and others. (And, of course, read these forums and other reliable internet resources.) If, at some point, you find yourself starting to want to specialize more in something, then it would be best to seek out someone within that specific industry (speed and conditioning coach, dietician, etc.) and see if they wouldn't mind you, um, hanging around for a while to learn what you can.

The best tools are all the wel established text books like Super Training by Mel Spif, Beyond Brawn Stuart McRoberts and so on. Do not get distracted by all the commercial books that are designed to sell a product, not fitness.
