Is this page the one with the training you'll be following?
If so then IMO it looks OK but there are too many exercises and a little too much iso stuff.
But then again that's the Mens Health way, just look at the model they used on the page - great abs, rubbish shoulders, no traps and what looks like a pretty skinny back. The guy's a weak as an American lager and I think the routine they've posted here reflects that physique
I don't see why they've put all the targeted abs stuff before squats, I'd have thought that the abs stuff should go at the end. You don't want to be squating with a tired core. I'd also try and get some lower rep, higher set stuff in there too.
EDIT:
I may have been a little hard on the routine, it isn't that bad at all, I just have a hatred of Mens Health and that whole "abs and biceps are the only important muscles" philosophy they seem to have. I still think the schedule is too 'busy' though and the abs stuff should go at the end
