Well, today is my first day of my new regime, and i don't think i've done that badly. I get VERY hungry a lot of the time so it's been all about trying to find foods to fill me up. Also at the weekends i work at the local Hilton hotel as a room maid so that is a LOAD of exercise, so i will try to moderate my excercise during the rest of the week.

Today's menu consisted of:

Breakfast:
One bowl of Shredded Wheat (with a bit of sweetenter)
Half a cup of orange juice

Lunch:
A wholemeal baguette with lean chicken and a hell of a lot of lettuce!
A pear
An orange

And as it isn't dinner yet, i'm not sure what i'll have, but no desserts :]
I've had a crispbread and a carrot since i got home as i won't be eating til late.
I have also walked a mile and a half home too.

Deary me. This is an exhausting business, isn't it? :rolleyes:

Welcome to the forum and your diary.

Your meals seem really good, better than mine! And your exercises during the day will be a great help to you if you don't feel like working out in front of an exercise DVD or in the gym haha.

Just curious, what would you like your goal weight to be?
 
Oh yes! i forgot about that!
At the moment my weight fluctuates between 65-68kgs, and i'd love to get down to about 50, but i'd be happy with 55kgs!
