Hi everyone,
My name is Megan and I'm 28 and have pretty much always been overweight, however in the last 4-5 years I have gotten to my heaviest and due to a combination of depression/anxiety, and an inconsistent lifestyle (many different moves, job changes etc.) I have found it very difficult to implement the changes to my diet and exercise that I need to.
The last year or so my life has re-stabilized and have spent a lot of time working on my mental health and I finally feel ready to get healthy.
In the last two weeks I have been tracking my food and started training for a 5k in May 45mins 4-5x per week. I am already feeling better and noticing spikes in my energy level.
Anyways I thought posting here where others can see might keep me motivated further down the line as staying on track has been my downfall in the past.
SO! Without further ado, current stats & goal weight below:
Height - 5'4"
Weight - 213.5lbs
Bust - 42"
Waist - 35"
Hips- 42"
Goal Weight - 150lbs
If anyone has any tips or nice words, please feel free to chime in!
