I decided to make a new diary since I'm starting fresh again. ( Don't worry ; I deleted my other one. )

Intake -
2 Hardboiled eggs- 152
Tuna sandwhich- 300
Packaged meal - 280 ( I didn't eat all of it so I'll say 200 )
Peanut butter crackers - 200
total- 852

Hey there. Hope your day is going well...not going to lie, though. Seeing that you are only eating 900 calories a day is a slight concern of mine. Are you under a doctor's supervision with that? I just don't want you to run into any problems in the future because eating so few calories for a prolonged period of time can actually slow your metabolism and make it harder to lose weight...in addition to not being traditionally healthy. I don't mean to be offensive, just concerned. Forgive me if you are under a doctor's supervision or something.

Either way, happy losing!

this isn't for a long period of time, && for most people , i know it's unsafe.. but i stay at home all day doing absolutley NOTHING, so i really don't need as much energy as most do.
 
Hey Loossingitallx3,

I gotta say I agree with avajayne and even though you say you stay home all day that too takes energi. If you're home anyway, then why don't excercise in stead of starving yourself. But not eating more you'll loose muscless in stead of fat, and I think thats not what you trying to do...

Sorry I've been gone so long! Alot has been going on, my mother got really sick ( she's doing better now though ), so we had to go up north and stay there for awhile.. other than that I've been busy with court & school!

I'm ready to get back on track though!

Tomorrow is a new day :] I'll have new extensions in my hair, I'm going to be feeling and looking great, and I'm just turning over a new leaf all in all.

Starting tomorrow I'm going on a 1,200 calorie diet again.
It should work out okay I guess because I don't feel hungry in school anyways.. I just eat out of boredom to tell you the truth, but I'm sure I can find something much more productive to do than pig out on unhealthy foods!

My plan is to have 2 eggs for breakfast with some toast or something maybe, whatever is at school for lunch, and a healthy dinner when I get home.

I hope my diet goes over well this time,which I think it will. I've seen alot of maturing in myself lately. I used to not be able to stick to anything...but now I'm keeping my mind towards alot of things like poetry, journal writing, drawing, and more! I haven't given up any of those yet and the old me probably would have by now, so hopefully I can stick to dieting also!

How are all of you doing?! It will be good to hear from you!
If you sent me a message while I was gone, chances are I didn't get it, because I don't check my email that often so I apologize for that!
 
Sorry I was gone for a little while again. I had tried dieting over and over again, but I kept failing, which is why I didn't post on here. I'm back in buisness though!

Breakfast-
16 pretzels & 1 gatorade- 240
Lunch-
Tunafish sandwich- 300
Coke- 100
Total so far- 640
