So this is kind of cool. I've never been good at keeping a diary, but i'll give it a try.
The last two years have been insane. My weight has gone up, down, up and down again. I just want to get down to a reasonable weight, and gain some muscle. I feel pretty close to my healthy weight, but it seems that the closer I get, the harder it gets..
My regular exercise routine is pretty much the stepper and body- sculpting exercises using a stability ball and dumbbells. I am researching gyms, but the closest gyms are the most expensive (of course). I would also like to start playing racquetball again...
As far as eating, I haven't been counting calories in the last few weeks, but before that, I was eating around 1500 a day. I guess I will need to keep a log for a while to see exactly how many calories i am actually eating. I eat pretty healthy for the most part as i work in a store that sells mostly organic and natural food. I do have my moments though. Mexican food is my weakness, and New Orleans actually has quite a few really great Mexican places... and wouldn't you know that most of them are within 10 miles of my apartment!
so anyway, if anyone has any great exercise ideas or even recipes (i looove to cook), send them my way, especially ideas for someone who isn't able to get to the gym... or if anyone just wants to chat or vent about their journey (or anything else really), hit me up.
sooo, that being said, i guess i will try to keep up with my meals and exercise here in my diary, and maybe you guys can keep me accountable?
