This is my "before" picture. I will post the "in-between" when I reach 145-147 pounds.

I have to admit, my "before" picture has been a real wake-up call for me. My body is naturally hourglass, but in this picture it looks just so chubby and out of shape. I can't believe I let myself go this bad. I really can't! :banghead: :cuss: :nopity:

At least now I feel more motivated than ever to lose the excess weight, tone up and reclaim my physique. BRING IT ON!

You look great even where you are, you caught onto it in time :) You dont ahve far to go! You can do it!

I actually get that a lot from people. I suppose the reason I am being a bit harsh is because I know better than to let myself go so stupidly! My extra weight is a result of emotional eating and boredom eating. That's all there really is to it.

Thats exactly how I felt. I felt that I was bigger than I know i normally am and people kepy saying, oh you are fine.....But when i ended up losing some weight people noticed. We know ourselves, most of the time :)

I agree :) I looked at your before and after pictures, and your transformation is spectacular!

I really don't have a shape right now, just a big ol bubble, lol. Well I guess I just wish I was curvier instead of a boy shape. =)

You have to work with what you've got and be fabulous! ;) Like Emerald said, every shape is beautiful.
 
You have a lovely well proportioned shape, like a model (but its good that you arn't as emaciated like they are)

How tall are you and how much do you weigh?

I think I'm in a similar predicament, so i decided to get in shape, because that will make me feel better, and loose weight.

I am 5'4" and currently weigh approximately 153 pounds. My goal weight is 140 pounds.

Good luck on your weight loss journey! You can do it! :)

I think that lowering it to that is just fine. Its what you are comfortable with really. I started a bit heavier than you did and my goal weight is between 127 and 130. I am also the same height. If you feel you can achieve that, go for it. I jsut went every 5 lbs as goals untill my overall goal of 130. So 150 was a goal, 145, 140...and so on.
Your weight could be fluctuating due to water weight loss/gain, your body is probably just getting used to it. As long as you are eating healthy and enough food for you, you can really help it. In my first week I lost 6 lbs. It was like shock therapy for my body lol. After that it was between 1-2 lbs per week.
Congrats so far and good luck! You are doing it!

I eat (sensibly, of course) every 2 to 3 hours, 5 to 6 times a day and drink about 10 to 12 cups of water. I also try to get good quality sleep.

Do you exercise Beauty? I've noticed your progress on Weight Yourself Everyday and you're doing quite well. I tend to lose 1.5-2lbs a week myself. ^_^
