Hi all..

I've posted several messages.. about my diet.. which is excluding Carbs from my diet.. I do have bread though for breakfast ONLY!

I've been working out on my Elliptical plus jogging! alternating I've also been doing sit ups.. like 4 times a week, and it does look like my ab changed a bit..
I would like to have more waist definition but I guess that it will come by losing weight!

I'll post others later on, to see changes!

EDITED: I've found a picture taken approx. 2 months ago!! You see any difference?

You look pretty good from what I can see in these pics. I haven't seen your before pics, but I'm sure you've had some improvement. Good job
 
I kindda lost 3 kilos ONLY :(
I am looking into losing another 7! reaching my 58kg dream!!
My height is 1,70 meters!
 
A bit hard to see you in your before pic, although I'd say you didn't look bad. But, girl, you look awesome in your current pic! ^^b
 
u look great girl,i can see some major prgress in lower body,and arms are tonned down too
btw the belts u are wearing in before pic i have exactly the same:D

You look really good, a nice rockin body. You look more comfortable with yourself now. IMO Numbers don't matter, as long as you're happy with what you see in the mirror. :) GJ and keep it up! =]
