Me now and my goal

Hello!
I’m new here so here are some quick facts about me:
Weight: 48kg
Height: 166cm
I rely want to drop 3kg and I want a six pack as well as firm legs and bum. I have some nasty cellulite on the side of the legs so I want to do something about that too. The problem is I’ve never had to diet before and I hate sports so I don’t remember sticking to an exercise routine for more than two days (I realize that would have to change). The main reason why I don’t exercise is because I get tired easily and I don’t think my muscles are strong enough to do even simple exercises so I don’t even know where to start. I don’t have time to go to the gym and the most I can spare is about 3 hours a week.

(This is a picture of me from this summer and the one below is of what I want to look like next summer. Do you think that’s possible?)

LOL... excellent constructive criticism!

Anyway, its definitly doable. you already look very slim, so i would just focus on toning up. And don't worry about not being able to do a lot with the weights! we all started somewhere... just start off light and focus on your form!

... and a lot of tanning will be needed to be more Naomi-esque :D
 
I'm in a similar boat as you, never exercised, never had to, finally decided to get stronger and it's worth it. Just start small, for instance for doing squats and lunges I started with no weights and gradually added them in after a while (still got good results even with no weights). You've got a cute little figure but you'll be surprised how many more heads you will turn and how much generally healthier you'll look with a little muscle (that was my experience, anyway). She Pretty tall, but as the others said. Its just weight training and exercise with a healthy diet.
 
Personally I wouldnt drop any weight before you have built up a little bit of lean muscle. you may end up looking like a skeleton
 
Yes, 3 to 4 hours is about as much as I could spend a week. I know it’s not a lot.
Also I was wondering if there are any exercises you would recommend.
 
To be honest, short of shaving your hair off I don't know how your going to lose 3kgs. You look pretty slim and svelte as is.

Could you do three 30 minute weight sessions and three 30 minute cardio sessions a week?

its a pretty hard work girl..she virtually doesnt have even one mm of cellulites
