Me in 2/07

Hi, I have been trying to keep the weight off for about 5 years. I have gone from 140 in 2000 to 205 in 2005. I have currently lost 18 pounds and am down to 187. My goal is 140 I dont really have a deadline though. If I push myself to hard I always give up so Im taking it slow. Sometimes a little to slow but Whatever it takes. Im currently trying to get back on track. I fell off my plan back in early July but atleast I have been maintaining.

You look absolutley beautiful. You have the determination just remember it will not happen overnight as long as you keep going no matter the pace you will find yourself at 140!!
 
Welcome to the forum and I concur with the above post.... very beautiful!

Why'd you fall off the wagon? How do you plan on getting back on?
 
Don't worry about falling off the wagon. I am like hanging onto the wagon by a finger. But you can do it. Good luck. You will definitely find yourself at 140 in no time.

Thank You for your compliments and support. I definately need it. I'm not sure why I fell off, lost motivation and my gym partner too... First I slowly started to slip little things in here and there with my eating and then havent been to work out in over a month. I need to stop relying on other poeple for my notivation and get my butt up and go on my own. I think Im just gonna have to pick myself up by my bootstraps and get back on track. Its bad habits that haunt me and I think Im gonna start back up on WW points to start along with my shakes.
