Lets see I havent been on this forum becuase of emberresment of losing all that weight I am now 411 lbs. I havent gained it all back thank god but almost It just of people even family members saying some little thins that got to me I noe that I shouldnt listen to them but still I know now that this is for me and not them So I just wanted to say that I have been holding that for a while SSOO here we go Wish me luck Thanks Monte75 Big Dawg from Dallas.
you know what worked for you in the past, remember your motivation and get back on the horse... and ask yourself why you derailed to avoid those incidents in the future..
