Diet - Less junk and more healthy. ALOT less fast food. I still eat what I want, when I want. If I want a cheeseburger and fries, I get them. Its all in moderation. Eating healthier foods has become natural to me though, so it really doesnt seem like I am dieting.
Exercise - I have a rather physical job and then every night I go to the gym for a couple hours. Started off with alot of cardio and light resistance training. Now I am doing more lifting than cardio. My calorie intake has increased since I started lifting as well.
It looks like you and I are on the same boat. I'm also 6' 5" and when I started my diet a couple months back, I weighed in at 326 pounds. I'm currently down to 286 and seeing your progress is a huge inspiration. Keep it up!
