Goals:
- 85 kgs​
- Get a habit to exercise everyday​
- Stick to my diet​
- No sweets in 2007​
- No soda drinks in 2007, just juice and sparling water​

From tomorrow morning I'm starting to get up at 6 AM. From tomorrow morning I will start running 500 m per day and add 500 meters more with each day, so this way I will start with small steps and build up.

No more sweets and soda, only juice and water.

And of course, strict diet. In recent days I noticed that I enjoy more feeing a little bit hungry, than stuffed.

Tomorrow I will post my 'Before' photo and we will get moving.
