Not the start I had hoped for
Anyhow, I currently weight 89.2 Kilos (196 Lbs) and want to get down to about 78 Kilos (171 Lbs)
I have given myself a target of 12 weeks to achieve this in, meaning a loss of about 2 Lbs a week. I have been told this is realistic and achievable but would need me cutting out foods that are just empty calories and also exercising a lot more.
This will be the first time I have ever had to diet so to speak.
Any advice would be most welcome
