hello everyone, excuse the username, too lazy to think of a meaningful or a mature one so i chose the name i always use when i dont really care what it is.

i am a 19 year old student
i weight 166 pounds
i am 5'8.

summer is coming up soon and id like to lose about 20 pounds by August which is 4 months from now.

hopefully ill be motivated enough to workout and update every single day till august. wish me luck.
 
yesterday was my first day back at the gym, i was on the elliptical for 30 minutes and that was pretty much all i did. kept my heart rate around 150-170 or so the machine says. i forgot what i ate =)
 
today, i ate a small portion of rice and pork for breakfast. i woke up at 3pm.
and 2 hours later i ate a bbq pork bun...
and im about to eat again, probably rice and steak and i guess ill stop eating for the rest of the day.
tomorrow ill go to the supermarket and see if i can get some fruit and cereal in this house!
 
maybe i shouldnt weight myself everyday but whatever! im 164 now.
went running today for about 20 minutes got hellla dizzy and my head even started hurting so i guess that means im pushing myself too hard.

tomorrow is rest day

today i woke up at 2pm =(
i forgot what i ate!
tomorrow i have to wake up at 630 so well see what happens.
