Hey, new to this site but not the fight to lose weight. I tried to motivate myself this last week with a few goals and didn't achieve any of them so I thought I would try some sort of forum and ended up here. Sooo...

Current Weight: 211 lbs

Goal Weight: 130 lbs

Time to Achieve Goal: 1 year from today

This weeks goals:

Go to the gym 3x- lift weights/ cardio an hour each each time

Drink three bottles of water a day-not including those I drink at the gym

Drink only 5 sodas this week

One sweet per day

On days I go to the gym walk 15k steps, on days I do walk 10k steps-not including the gym


I have changed a few things from last weeks goals in hopes these will be easier to achieve.

If anyone has any tips for me I'd love to hear them.
