MAX-OT ( anyone do this training program?)

the reason is as follows :

I have been reading up on the MAX-OT training guide...
it shows what to do from Monday to Friday...

it doesn't offer training for Saturday Sunday - but it also doesn't say to take these two days off...
 
If it doesn't offer training, then perhaps it's implied that you take them off. I looked over that briefly, and it looks like a pretty typical strength building routine.

Also, don't cross-post. A lot of us just use the "New Posts" function at the top of the site to see what's new - so don't worry about us finding you.
