Massive Task in 1 Week - Competition Time

Ok guys got some wicked as news....I'm been nominated for Miss Bikini World Australia. I have a my first heat next week so I have some serious work to do.

I know I can't expect massive results in a week but I really want to get as much in shape as possible. I know that some of you have seen my pictures and you all say that I look fine but this is a pretty big deal and I'd love to know I went at it.

My main areas of work are definately my legs and my stomach. I will definately work my arms as part of it but my areas of most concern are my legs. I definately want to tighten and tone them so give great shape to my body. I know 1 week is really short time but I'd love to get as much change as possible (but I still want to do it healthy, not cutting meals or starving myself) And also I have some great defination in my stomach so I'd love to have that stand out. Any help would be great guys, I'd love to represent my country in something I love doing most!!

Okay, as you know, 1 week is not enough to change much, but here's what I'd suggest. First, go easy on carbs, even good ones like brown rice and oats. Eat lots of veggies for sure, but easy on most carbs, should cause you to drop some water weight. Also, I'd do some wicked HIIT 2 or 3 times this week, it will make ya feel good about yourself if nothing else, and it's a massive fat burner when compared to standard cardio. Other than that, do your usual weight training and just stay strong.

fabulous thanks for that....i'm getting so nervous :D HIIT that's High Intensity Interval Training right? Does that mean I sprint for 1 minute and jog for 1 minute?

Do you mind listing what I should steer clear of with regards to carbs? I'm just not sure what I should exactly steer clear from. I know bread and rice are some but what are other house hold foods that could be bad to eat?
