Okay, so I am not great at keeping up with a diary, but I am going to put some real effort into this as I want to lose the weight and keep it off.
I am 27 years old and 5'5" I just had my third child two weeks ago and I dont want to waste any time in losing the weight. 10 months ago I weighed 125 lbs...Great but with the pregnancy I quicly packed on more than 50 lbs, making me heavier than I have ever been in my life.
Since my son was born I have lost about 29 pounds bringing me to 149...Still 30 more pounds to go if I want to get to my goal weight (119 lbs) I decided to start this diary to keep me motivated. I know alot of the weight I have lost was just swelling, and now comes the hard part. The stubborn fat that I will actually have to work at burning off. I haven't been eating after six pm and have only been eating two small meals a day. (Which strangely, is all I want after 9 long months of eating everything in sight...ughhhh

So here is to my weight loss journey...and to 119 pounds!!!!
