Hi,
I am new to the site. But not to weight loss. I started eating better and exercising the middle of October of this year. I went from 205.6 to my weight today of 174.6. I started eating in right, lots of water, pilates & light weight lifting. I want to be at least 170 when we go visit family on the 23rd of this month.
