I haven’t been on for a while, since Wednesday. Work has been crazy. I’ve been going to the gym so that’s a good thing. Last week I went to the gym Monday to Friday for some reason Friday I ended up hurting my foot, its getting better so I should be back at the gym tomorrow, I’m going to give it a rest. Saturday I didn’t go to the gym but from all my quick walking at the mall I’m pretty sure it was a good workout, Sunday I had ringettes, so I was pretty active last week, pretty happy about that.
Still having a problem to lose, I don’t understand why…maybe I should totally cut of high carb foods? But that’s no fun, I rather just count my calories. I know Sunday I over did it with the bread…but what can I do…today is a new day…I find more and more as the weeks go by each week I’m doing better and better in controlling what I eat.
Today’s meal plan:
Vector cereal, cranberries, raisins, ½ banana and a cup of soy milk = 350
½ rice + turkey + veggies = 300
Vanilla mouse = 60
