Hiya, Im new to all this so bare with me!!

I need to lose a stone by Easter!! Im currently doing Weight Watchers at home.

06/12/06 Starting Weight = 10st 4lbs
09/12/06 = 10 stone

I plan to weigh myself every Saturday morning and Im allowed 22 points every day !!!

Meal Tracker 14/12/06
Brekkie = 45g Shreddies & 1/4 pint semi-skimmed milk (3.5 pts)

Lunch = 3 nimble w.toast (no butter) & small tin of spaghetti hoops (3pts)

Dinner = Tomatoe soup & 2 nimble w.bread (3.5)

snacks = 1 blue ribband bar (2 pt) & 1 bag of french fries 1.5 pt)

TOTAL = 13.5 points

Lunch
- large jacket potatoe with 25g 1/2 fat cheese and small tin of baked beans
(7.5 pt)

Dinner
2 tuna and mayo sandwiches made from 4 slices nimble bread, 1/2 tin of tuna and 1 tbls of light mayo (4 pts)

Nimbles
1 packet of iced gems (1.5 pts)
1 hot choc (4 pts)m

Total points = 21.5
 
Saturday 16/12/06

Ive had to lower my points to 20 now, as I lost 2lbs this week !!!!!!!

Lunch = Large jacket potatoe with 25g 1/2 fat cheese and 1/2 tin of baked
beans = 7.5 pts

Dinner - 100g pasta, 80g mixed veg, 50ml cheese sauce = 6 pts

Nimbles - 2 malted milk biscuts = 1 pt

Total points = 19 points


Sunday 17/12/06

-I was very proud of myself today as I went to a Christmas party and resisted eating any food....I just had a big glass of diet coke...which is no points!!!

Brekkie - 3 nimble bread toast, 2 poached eggs and 1/2 tin of baked beans =
6.5 pts

1/4 pint of semi-skimmed milk for drinks.

Lunch = 1 bag of snack-a-jacks = 2 pts

Dinner = tomatoe soup with 2 slices of nimble bread = 3.5 pts

Nimbles = 1 egg custard = 4.5 pts
1 wine gum = 1/2 pt
1 blue ribband choc bar = 2 pts

Total points = 20 pts
 
Monday 18/12/06

Brekkie - 3 nimble toast, 2 poached eggs = 4.5 pts

1/4 pint semi-skimmed milk for drinks = 1pt

Lunch - large jacket potatoe & 100g low fat cottage cheese = 5.5 pts

Dinner - 200g new potatoes, 160g mixed veg, chicken breast and gravy = 5.5

Nimbles - 2 malted milk biscuits = 1pt
1 blue ribband bar = 2 pts

TOTAL POINTS = 19.5
Points saved = 0.5
Bonus points through exercise = 1


Tuesday 19/12/06

Lunch - 2 weight watchers date & walnut cakes = 2 pts

Dinner - 3 nimble bread, 2 pork sausages and tomatoe ketchup = 7.5 pts

Nimbles - 1 blue ribband bar = 2 pts,
1 packet of iced gems = 1.5 pts

TOTAL POINTS = 15 pts
Points saved = 5pts

Wednesday 20/12/06

Brekkie - 1 slice of Warbatons wholemeal toast & a dairylee triangle = 2pts

1/4 pint semi skimmed milk for drinks = 1

Lunch - large jacket potatoe, 25g half fat cheddar and 1/2 tin of baked
beans = 7.5 pts

Dinner - chicken soup = 3pts

Nimbles = hot choc = 4pts
1 bag of walkers crisps = 2 pts

TOTAL POINTS = 19.5
Points saved = 0.5
Bonus points earned through exercise = 4

Thursday 21/12/06

Brekkie - 45g shreddies with 1/4 pint of semi-skimmed milk = 3.5pts

Mandie's diary !!! New Start....New attitude !!!!

Hiya, well Ive had really good Christmas....but....I slipped up big time....I even ate things that I didn'nt want...dont know why...lol.

Ive just weighed myself...boy did i get a shock....in just one week Ive managed to put on 6lbs...so....Im now as heavy as when i first started out...all that hard work down the drain !!!

But...on a more positive note...its made me more aware of how important it is to keep on track with things....so starting tomorrow....Im gonna go for it again!!

My New Years resolution is to exercise more (Im not sure how many times a week Im meant to be exercising though...and which is the best thing to do..but gonna give it a go!!) anything is better than nothing!

My goal is to lose 2lbs by Saturday...watch this space ...lol. Mandie xx
