man im soo confused

i'm really losted... like everyone says one thing then another.. then cardio then cardio is bad.. then this and that. and i just want a ez workout guide to understand. Something like Pushups,Situps,Hammer curls,Standing bicep curls, squats, dips, or soemthing liket hat but no it's like Dog squat lap loop all these crazy terms someone help explain what's goin on

No matter what, it's always good to get a very varied and ever-evolving workout. Doing the same routine every day is not going to be as effective as one that changes regularly.

Don't be afraid to explore these weird-named exercises -- don't be intimated, just take the first step to learn what they are and it's no big deal. I mean, there are people who don't know what a lunge is -- but once you learn, it's not strange anymore.

just do deadlift and bench press, some times do it every day for a few weeks only doing one or two sets a week, sometimes do it twice a week doing 8 sets a workout. deadlift and benchpress covers every muscle group.

bench and deads won't touch biceps or calves, quads won't get worked very hard, nor will the lats, lateral delts or posterior delts.

You cannot expect to jump into a serious weight training lifestyle in a day. Start with basic compound moves like bench press, pull ups, dead lifts...squats if you can, otherwise leg press until you're ready for squats. Don't focus too much on bicep curls or other small muscle groups in the beginning.

Here's a very straight forward total body routine you can start doing 2x a week, then go to 3x a week. On days you don't lift weights, do 30-40 mins of cardio.
