man boobs, love handles, cottage cheese thighs.....

no matter what name we give it, you get rid of it the same way. clean up your diet: lean complete sources of protein, a moderate intake of complex carbs and plenty of good healthy fats. also, dont forget the water and fiber intakes.

do you mean what to do hiit?

if so, you can apply it for anything really. bike, treadmill, jumping rope, stairs, etc

after a warmup, you go all out, then let up, all out, then let up, etc
 
same as with any of the others. after warming up, you go all out for 30 to 60 seconds then take it down a notch till you recover, then repeat over and over.

right now i'm doing 10 minutes tops, thats all i can handle ;)
 
can you guys please say this in simple terms and save me from reading that long post. whats a way to get rid of these "man boobs" at ?
 
im still tryin to figure out, how to get rid of my man breasts.. witch exercise is best for it.. Witch form of cardio?

Well I am sure anyminute someone will mention how wonderful HIIT is again, but if you do 20 - 30 minutes of Cardio 3- 4 times a week and eat well you will lose weight.

Outdoor running is my favorite. Dont try to kill yourself if you are out of shape. Jog as far as you can then walk fast then try to jog again. Eventually you will improve just keep moving for 20 - 30 minutes
 
Panther, no form of cardio is superior to the next. It's all personal preference. The key is to do something you love! That way you will enjoy doing it. Don't like running? Fine, go biking or swimming instead. There are tons of different cardios out there. And when you find the one you like, mix it up with HIIT to keep it interesting and challenging. Don't just do cardio or HIIT but do both so you get a good balance. As for weight exercises, theres no way to do a "spot reduction" but you can build your pectoral muscles by doing simple bench presses with a barbell or free weights. Don't go to a gym? Do pushups instead!
