Tune-up is a blend of natural fibers and herbs that provides a gentle, stimulating and cleansing effect formulated with STACK exclusive dietary system designed to help deliver the nutrients where they are mostly needed.

I have been using this since July 15, 2006 and have lost 35 pounds and 11 inches. I am a proponent of using supplements. However, one has to do a lot of research in making sure they are the right thing for you. It has worked for me and it is working for others.

The issue with supplements is that you have to use them to your advantage. You have to create new habits and attitudes so that when you approach your target weight, your diet and exercise will maintain your weight.

The ice cream drink sounds pretty good preston!

I'm just on multivitamins as well as Glucosamine and Chondroitin for my joints. My multivitamins are nothing special, just house brand since for the most part they're all the same.

I use the ice cream drink as a meal replacement for my breakfast and I add frozen fruit to it and make a smoothie out of it. It is probably one of the best tasting weight loss shakes that I have ever tasted.

I just take a multi-vitamin. I do think that some supplements work and work well, depending on what you are trying to do. I believe that creatine works. Some of the test boosters work. Prohormones? Well they wouldn't have banned andro if it didn't work. MOST claiming nothing short of a miracle are good at primarily making your wallet lose weight, IMO.

Rejoicing..

I am somewhat celebrating a little.. for as on Sunday morning, upon weighing, I found out that I have lost 35 pounds so far on my diet. I want to lose another 20, and get down to about 165.. perhaps stop at 160.
This site has been helpful.. and an encouragement to me.
An encouragement to everyone.. don't quit. If you fall, get back up.. it's not the end of the world. Take one day at a time.. and we can do it.
I stick to about 1200 calories a day, lots of water, and suck on the Power Pops instead of a snack or a desert. I have a terrible sweet tooth, and they have been a big help to me personally.

Keep up the good work everyone.. We will do it.
Respectfully,
Steve

Steve,

first off, congrats on your success so far, amazing job! Second of all 1200 seems a little low for a guy. according to sparkpeople my minimum is 1370 per day and I'm 180 now. Might be worth looking into. Eating more sometimes makes ya drop the lbs faster. Thirdly, good for you for finding an alternative to your sweets. Personally I've never heard of power pops, but it they work for you, fantastic.

All the best,
Mike

I don't use anything. I believe in killing off the extra pounds through hard work, and then only getting to strength building etc. And you do that gradually. I dunno, I guess Protein shakes aren't too bad? Though I've never used any.

Ignorant question?

How do you guys make the little weight measurement thing at the bottom of your posts? I would love to have one on mine showing where I started, where I am, and where I want to be.

Please any help is appreciated.

Guys,
just thought I'd pass along a website that has a lot of interesting tid bits for health, workout, weight loss, and other info all guys need to know.
