making progress...
one day at a time! hi, i'm Jamie and I have recently been trying to get back into shape and into size 9 clothes again! right now i'm a 15/16. I am currently doing 50minutes on the Elliptical 4-6 times a week. Also using weights.
The 'before' photos were taken sometime around March (of this year), and the 'progress' photos were taken recently. I hadn't even realized I had actually shrunk because it's been a slow weight loss, however I hadn't been trying until a couple months ago.
***UPDATE (12-22): crap! i haven't gone to the gym in about a month
i am going back after Christmas! I need to go, not only for weight loss but also for health reasons! I need to keep my heart in decent shape (all this extra weight and bad eating isn't helping). I added a new pic...hopefully it doesn't look like i've gained too much. Sorry if it's a little revealing...but i covered up!lol
