So very new to this site and thought I'd join as a medium for me to channel my thoughts and maybe inspire someone somewhere to join me on my journey really.
This may sound a lot like a diary and I'm talking in third person a lot but it's just a way for me to stay motivated and get back on track since I've fallen off the wagon for the last 2 weeks by eating anything I could get my hands on in excess amounts so..
Okay so after about a good 2 weeks of eating anything and everything I see I think it's about time I get back on my health kick. If not for weight loss then at least to see my collarbones again.
So all in all I've gained approximately 3.5kg-7.7lbs which isn't great.
I feel hella sluggish and have that really uncomfortable urgh I've eaten to much and I can't breathe properly feeling.
My realistic goal is to lose all binge weight by Saturday morning, now I'm not one to give up on a challenge so I'm praying for a miracle!!
Main areas of reform-
1. NO LIQUIDS OTHER THAN WATER (I've been knocking back too many sodas) also a minimum of 3.5litres of water is needed
2. Calorie control- bish is you trying to get fat again, okay my main goal plan is no more than 800 calories of fruit a day. I am being dead serious, if worst comes to worst then a small Apple will come in handy but that's only for late night munchies.
3. LEMON WATER or a grapefruit every morning gotta kick start this metabolism and get rid of these excess pounds
4. Exercise for at least 40 mins a day whether it be speed running or squats you are in need of it babe
5. A moment on the lips a lifetime on the hips so you gotta watch yourself! Also I've got to get into the habit of logging before I eat so I know exactly what I'm eating, when I'm eating and its calories!
6. Stick with it, it's only a 3 day detox BUT I've challenged myself and I'm a sore loser that I know for sure.
7. Allowances-
Black coffee
Herbal tea
Sugar free gum
NO MORE NO LESS
8. Report back tomorrow with your new SW and your GW as well as what you've brought to eat from the shops to eat and feed off (must be fruit!!)
