Maitreya's weight loss journal, take two.

It's been a few weeks since I've been here. Kind of strayed from my weight loss commitment... I've continued working out and eating decently, but not decently enough to see real changes any time soon. So here I am giving myself a clean slate.

My goal:
1'200-1'400 daily calorie intake.
A 1 hour workout every weekday, more when I can.

Wish me luck!
 
Today:

A big salad with boiled salmon, light olive oil/vinegar dressing.
A coffee with 2% milk

3 pieces of chocolate

Corn tortilla with tuna, veggies, mustard, a tablespoon of mayo

Going to have another salad with salmon for dinner.

I eat way too much fish >.<

Workout:
40 min cardio (full body cross trainer, bike for 10).
Crunch machine, twist torso, and back stretch
 
Good luck and congrats on your 6lb weightloss so far. I am glad you listed out what you are doing for your workouts. Gives me ideas for when I get enough courage to step back in the gym. Take care

hahaha fish is good for you! atleast you like it! I hate it, and have to eat once a year during a special holiday. It's like torture.

Anyways, keep up the progress!!!
