:cool: Just making a thread for my journal as of now there's not much for me to say. I'm still coming up with a plan that will suit me. I am a big carb eater so I think I'm going to cut out some carbs (NOT ALL) just a few and replace them with good carbs, whole grains. I'm also going to cut down on sugars and replace them with sweet things like fruit. Portion sizes will be cut in half, I feel as if I eat like a full grown working man instead of what a young adult girl should eat..that's all I can realy think of now. OH! And I'm going to cut back on the salts also. I'm going to be working out to videos, I also have an excercise ball with videos too and walking my dogs two dogs Titus(a german shorthair) and Pedro (a miniature daschund) for short walks and keep adding up every week. Like 5min for the first week or (4 blocks up and 4 back) then 10 min or (8 blocks up and 8 blocks back) and so on and so forth. I know weight loss won't come over night so I think I'm only going to weigh myself once every week. Good luck to everyone! I wish i had dogs, it would make getting out for exercise soooo much easier. Good luck with the weight loss :D
 
Thanks Janez. Yeah having dogs does make it easier to excercise. I've lacked to take the dogs for a walk in a while so I think they will be happy getting to go for walks alot more now.

Just got back from taking my dog titus for a walk. I was getting kind of discouraged because I got tired about 2 1/2 blocks in. But I kept pushing myself and managed to walk my dog 8 blocks in all. Moms making pizza, I told myself I'm only eating 1 piece and no more, will fill up on salad instead. Keep up the good work everyone.
 
Thanks to you all, your very encouraging people! I know this time I will do it and not be making excuses! Its time to lose!! But at the same time, ITS TIME TO WIN!!! :) woot. woot!
 
I lacked on taking dogs for walk yesterday, it was FREEZING! Tonight wasnt as bad so I managed to get about 6blocks in before my hands froze off. I kinda sped walked to get more out of how little I was doing. Stayed under 1500 calories today too. I think that's my main goal its staying up to or below 1500 calories a day (no bad fats or sugars, just the healthy stuff) Keep it up everyone, love reading your successes!!! Good Night.
 
Stayed in 1500 calorie limit today. And also took dog on another 6block walk. I should have pushed myself to go farther but I was having a realy weird and painful chest pain, so I just decided to come back. I feel like I'm not doing enough, but I think I will go do a workout video with my BALL now. :)
