This morning’s numbers were unexpected but I’m ok with the gain. Didn’t need to eat extra or something like that. The opposite actually. I was revising my weekly weight in plan and realized I was a lot happier when I wasn’t thinking about getting on those blasted scales. I was thinking about putting them in a dark corner of my storage room and getting them out before I leave for Vienna. But I wown't fell ok not knowing my weight for a month. So I’ll think about it.
Yesterday I managed to get some pictures (actually my future SIL took them) for my 4 weeks progress. Well, since I don’t have some start photos (didn’t think about that at the time), I’ve got only a couple from December 21st because since then I’ve started to slowly lose weight. I consider that my heaviest for the last 3 years.
By the way, did I mentioned I cut my hair. I haven't cut it this short since high school. I'm still getting used to it. But I wanted a change in hairstyle too.
Cate: Thanks for your lovely words. I can definitely see a difference in my body. So does my colleague that goes with me to the gym.
This time I’m taking it really slow and with a very long time frame (one year) to lose weight. All my goals are sustainable. And I’ve decided I’ll be ok with a higher weight than my dream one.
Sarah:

I’ve also measured myself yesterday but for now I’ve got nothing to compare with. By the end of February I’ll have a comparison.
Kate: Thanks! You put a big smile on my face with your slap for my scales. I know this could be really hard since I've got PCOS and even if I might have a great week, I still might not lose weight. But I don't want to get back to taking meds so I'm in for the long term.
